Young Workers / Working Hours
Our employees are regularly informed about their labor rights. For young workers, the weekly working time is set at 40 hours. For employees aged 18 and over, the weekly working time is 45 hours. Working hours are organized in compliance with applicable legislation and with due regard to occupational safety.
Collective Bargaining / Trade Union Rights
The right of our employees to collective bargaining and to join trade unions is guaranteed. Within the framework of an “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract,” these rights may be exercised freely. The Company respects trade union organizations and supports freedom of association.
Freedom of Association
Our employees have the right to organize and to become members of trade unions. The exercise of these rights shall take place without pressure or discrimination. In line with international human rights standards, we fully support freedom of association.
Rest Days and Public Holidays
Legal entitlements regarding rest periods and annual leave are fully respected. Employees working six days per week are granted one weekly rest day. Official public holidays are observed in accordance with applicable labor legislation.

Employment Contract
(Employer Agreements)
An “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract” is concluded between the Company and employees in accordance with applicable legal requirements. During the onboarding process, all internal rules and procedures are communicated. Employment contracts are signed by mutual consent and provided to employees.
Workplace Discipline
In order to ensure an orderly working environment, clear disciplinary rules are implemented. Employee rights are safeguarded at all times, and unlawful sanctions such as unjustified wage deductions are not applied. All employees are required to comply with workplace regulations.
Forced Labor
(Voluntary Employment)
Employment is based strictly on voluntary consent. Any form of forced or compulsory labor is strictly prohibited. Employees have the right to terminate their employment in accordance with legal provisions. Personal data is protected in line with applicable data protection regulations.
Child Labor
(Minor Employees)
The Company does not tolerate child labor. Minors may only be employed in cases permitted by law, such as internships or training programs. All regulations concerning the protection of young workers are strictly observed.
