Young Workers / Working Hours

Regular informational meetings are held regarding the working rights of our employees. The weekly working hours for young workers are set at 40 hours. Our employees aged 18 and above work 45 hours. Working hours are provided within a legal framework that prioritizes the safety of employees.

Collective Bargaining / Union Rights

The collective bargaining rights of our employees and their right to join a union are guaranteed. It is stated that they can exercise these rights under the "Indefinite Employment Contract." Our company respects unions in order to protect employee rights and encourages free participation.

Organizing

Our employees have the right to organize, including collective bargaining and union membership. No pressure is applied in the exercise of these rights. We support the freedom to organize and join unions within the framework of international human rights and ensure that our employees can exercise these rights freely.

Rest Days and Holidays

Within the legal framework, the rest and holiday rights of our employees are protected. Employees working six days a week are given one day off per week. Additionally, they are allowed to benefit from their rest rights on official holidays in accordance with legal regulations.

Recruitment and Employment

Our company recruits in a fair manner, in accordance with laws and with an equitable approach, by identifying open positions. All hiring processes are conducted fairly within the framework of work rules such as permits, wages, and holidays. The well-being, safety, and development of our employees are always prioritized.

Employment Contracts (Employer Contracts)

An "Indefinite Employment Contract" compliant with laws and workplace regulations is established between our company and the employees we employ. All rules and regulations required for the job are communicated to new employees through orientation training. All employment contracts are provided with mutual agreement and are given to employees against a signature.

Work and Employee Discipline

Rules are enforced to maintain work discipline within our company. Compliance with discipline rules is encouraged while protecting employees' rights, and no penalties such as wage cuts are applied. All employees are obliged to act in accordance with the rules established in the workplace.

Forced Labor (Voluntary Work)

Our company employs workers based on the principle of voluntary work. No employee is forced to work. Our employees have the right to quit, and this right is not obstructed for reasons other than security. Personal information of our employees is protected in accordance with confidentiality principles.

Child Labor (Minor Employees)

Child labor is not accepted in our company, and only in mandatory situations such as internships and traineeships is employment provided within the legal framework. All legal regulations are adhered to in order to prevent child labor and to ensure that appropriate working conditions are provided for the development of our young employees.
